Paul has worked in the gas industry for over 40 years. Starting as an apprentice, then delivering training, up to being training delivery manager for SGN across 3 training sites. For many years he managed SGN's technical trainers, and had full responsibility for the quality for all SGN's in house technical training and training delivered by various external training partners.
He has a wide range of experience and qualifications relating to upstream and downstream gas activity.
He now enjoys going back to his roots, which is training delivery, focussing on high quality training across generic qualifications and industry specific programmes, including designing and delivering tailored training.
Jim has worked at both operational and management levels in gas industry for over the last 22 years.
He has worked in the technical training and skills development industry for the last 17 years. Over these years he has amassed a vast amount of experience of developing and delivering high quality training products to the major gas networks and various other clients and sub-contractors within the utilities and energy sectors.
He has worked with major training suppliers and clients including SGN, CADENT and Suffolk water and forged strong relationships, ensuring mutual trust and collaboration.
